Question:   Dear sirs, I am going to get married to a person of India Origin who is residing in Kazakhstan and has a permanent residence permit of Kazakhstan. I wanted to ask the following: In order to receive a permanent residence permit of Kazakhstan, does one has to marry a Kazakh citizen. I want to know whether my future husband has already been married. Please be so kind to let me know whether marriage is a condition to receive Permanent Residence Permit of Kazakhstan. Please also be so kind to let me know if there are other ways of receiving a permanent residence permit.
Answer:    For acquiring permanent residence allowance foreign citizenry is presented the following documents to urban, region bodies of internal affairs at place of residence: 1)application form (reference); 2)state’s consent on issue of citizenship; as an illustration of it department list or other document approving the allowance on departure or permanent place of residence may serve; 3)autobiography; 4)valid passport or the of stateless person’s document; 5)official certificate about foreign citizen’s medical investigation; 6)physical or juridical person` s consent for registration; 7)4 photos size 3,5х4,5; 8)documents on approving paying capacity, stipulated by Government Regulation from November 26, 2003 № 1185 in the period of residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Answer:    In accordance with Article 5 of Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On security activity”, training and special training of private guards, security officers in subdivision of individual entrepreneurs and juridical persons, departmental security subdivision of state bodies, are performed at specialized training centers, which determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Necessary information you can get from territorial department of state security guard.

Question:   Hello, I am a American studying Kazakh in Aktobe. I am contacting your office because I am in Kazakhstan with a Private visa and am having trouble extending the visa with the local immigration police. The Kazakh embassy website clearly says that it is possible to make an extension, but they say that it is not possible. Is this true? Thank you for your attention. Steffen Merten
Answer:    Within the limits of current normative legal document act from March 2010 private visa issued within 90 days and not extended.
